Reset your password
If you can login to your Yokee Karaoke account on the app and want to change your password, follow the steps below:
- Tap on the “Me” profile icon in the bottom menu
- Tap on the settings cog icon in the top right-hand corner of the app
- Tap on Change Password
N.B if your account was created using Sign in with Google or Sign in with Facebook, there is no password associated with your account.
If you are unable to login to your account and created your account using your email address, please contact our Customer Service Team to reset your password.
