The songs are not loading

If you are having trouble loading songs on the app, please try these troubleshooting steps below:

  • Close the app and restart it
  • Check your internet connection
  • Make sure you have the latest version of the app
  • Make sure your device's OS is up-to-date. 
  • Reboot your device
  • Uninstall and reinstall the app
  • Clear the app's cache 

If you continue to experience difficulty, please send us a message in the app by tapping on the menu icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the app followed by Help. Tap on Email Us at the bottom of the screen.
