- Close the app and restart it
- Check your internet connection
- Make sure you have the latest version of the app
- Make sure your device's OS is up-to-date.
- Reboot your device
- Uninstall and reinstall the app
- Clear the app's cache
If you continue to experience difficulty, please send us a message in the app by tapping on the menu icon in the bottom right-hand corner of the app followed by Help. Tap on Email Us at the bottom of the screen.
