I bought a VIP subscription but I am still in free-mode


If you purchased an in-app subscription, but are not able to use the premium features, please try the following steps to restore your subscription:

If on Android device

  1. Go to the Google Play Store and connect to your account
  2. Open the Yokee app and press on the "Go Premium" button.
  3. Select the "Restore purchases" option. 

If on Apple device

  • Go to our app.
  • Press the “Go Premium”  button at the top right corner of the screen.
  • Click “Restore”.
  • Then your VIP account should work again.
