If you purchased an in-app subscription, but are not able to use the premium features, please try the following steps to restore your subscription:
If on Android device
- Go to the Google Play Store and connect to your account
- Open the Yokee app and press on the "Go Premium" button.
- Select the "Restore purchases" option.
If on Apple device
- Go to our app.
- Press the “Go Premium” button at the top right corner of the screen.
- Click “Restore”.
- Then your VIP account should work again.
